Wow. Such a great reminder to find/use/discover more space in order to be kinder to our bodies. Very often absent from many teachers who don't face these challenges of having body parts in the way. I really enjoyed this class.
This is a great class for days I'm feeling more "stretchy/bendy" as one of the other instructors says. I like the pace of it and the fact it has some more challenging poses for beginners. I regularly do quite a few of Helen's classes, and I like her clear instructions and her reminders to focus on your breathing. Thanks for another great class, Helen!
