In this gentle hatha yoga class, Satiya takes you through a sequence where you are always standing. The first 7-8 minutes are spend breathing, grounding and connecting with body sensations. After that, you will flow through stretches for the neck, shoulders, spine and legs.

I enjoyed the class but I felt like the guided foot/toe movements were different for the left and right side
As with all of Satiya's classes, left feeling wonderfully relaxed and at peace, her instructions are so clear can do the class with eyes closed for the entire time (almost!)
Wow. Very gentle subtle movements that released a lot of tension I didn’t even know was there. And thanks for the detailed instructions. I find them very helpful.
Fabulous class. The attention to mountain pose was detailed and great stretching. The last two poses were particularly invigorating. Thank you Satiya.
