In this gentle hatha yoga class, Satiya takes you through a sequence where you are always standing. The first 7-8 minutes are spend breathing, grounding and connecting with body sensations. After that, you will flow through stretches for the neck, shoulders, spine and legs.

I had trouble resonating with this class. A bit too slow paced, however I have come to realize when that happens it means that is likely exactly what I need.

Satiya’s excellent explanations made this an easy class for breathing and stretching. Although she said that an optional savasana could be added at the end, I would have liked to have it as part of the class.
