In this hatha yoga class with Rachel, we will explore the key actions necessary to practice standing postures safely and effectively. We will explore the actions of the hips in foundational poses such as warrior II so that you can learn to do these poses optimally for your own body. Note: We recommend using a block for this practice.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Very detailed and useful instructions. I am not a beginner either but am doing the 14 day challenge. I did find though that holding the pose as you were explaining used up my leg capacity for the pose so as the lesson went on I listened and prepared to go into the pose but only went into it when you were finished instructing.
Great lesson and love the humour too.
