Fiji's classes are always amazingly full of energy and opens the whole body up nicely!! I did this after a week of not doing yoga and had body ache the next day. hahaha.. which is great for motivating you right back to the mat the very next day!
I also had problems with the video freezing, more than once a minute. I'm all for holding poses but hopefully this can get fixed as what should've been a relaxing flow was quite irritating due to the inconvenience.
Fiji's routine & instructions: 5 stars. Video itself: 0 stars.....many freezes thru out until half way when picture permanently froze but thankfully audio continued so I could complete the routine. 5/1/17
This is a truly wonderful flow. I appreciate Fiiji's reminders of proper alingment in postures, which I tend to forget, especially in more challenging poses. As a savasana bonus, I listened to the rain outside and my dog's soft snoring :-) COuldn't be happier right now. Thank you Fiji.
