Very nice class and truly full body. Good workout but I agree with others that it is easier than a Int II. TY for the good prompting on breath, especially at the beginning.
Thanks Julia, so much work for what looks like so little movements. I like the breath in and out instructions, that really helped me focus on 1 breath, 1 movement and sync them. Also I like the reminders of where my lower back and stomach muscles should be.
Julia, really nice to work the core! I found the pace was nice and instructions clear. I'd love to have more classes like these, and maybe something even more challenging! Thanks very much!!
I got out of the habit of working out sadly and this was my intro back into it. This class was amazing! I was able to not only complete the workout without stopping in the middle (which is rare) but I also felt the good core burn. I liked there were variations to most of the exercises since I am still on easiest level. I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you!!!
Really enjoyable class, thanks Julia! Lovely pacing, would recommend watching one of the pilates fundamentals or intro classes first if you are new to pilates.
I'm really sorry, the exercises in this class were great, but the instructions were so confusing! I had to keep my head down the entire time, but then when I looked up, I saw that I was supposed to move or not move something that had not been mentioned before, so I could either strain my neck the entire time trying to stare at the screen while also curling in and looking down or just discover I was doing something completely different. I had to stop after 20 minutes, because it was just too frustrating to try and listen and follow and then check and see the instructions were incomplete or ambiguous.
@Errorigel, I'm sorry you had this experience. I do appreciate the feedback--always looking to improve! I hope you find something that better suits you.

I'm sure this is a great pilates class but I'm sorry, I prefer yoga every day of the week. Pilates just lacks the flow and motions.
