Come explore "little riffs and shifts" on postures you may already know while getting to PLAY with them with a somewhat functional movement approach. The aim to work within the trifecta: stability, agility and mobility. This practice with Tara is full spectrum (whole body), dynamic, and somewhat "athletic" and empowering.

This class is all about reimagining and rediscovering familiar poses, and it's sooo much fun! Thanks for the chaturanga play at the beginning; after 9+yrs of yoga I still have crap arm strength & it helped. Also, the core play at the end was fantastic - never apologize for working our core!
