Oh boy, are you up for a fun challenge! Fiji shines in this short, advanced class that both kicks your butt and nurtures your soul. Although the pace and difficulty level can make this hard to keep up with, practicing it until you can do it all will be so very satisfying.

a bit easier.... tried a headstand (full) for first time.... fell completely over... guess I need to now do a restorative yoga for my back! ;-)
I have been so information pilates for many years answer would like to start yoga which is essentially very similar, I was trying to do the advanced challenge but can't log in to that.? I assume you have to pay for it ? Will gladly pay just want to make sure this is the reason I can't log in to it
Wow, this is a real challenge! I have done Fiji's other advanced classes but I can't yet do these poses. Side crow, Eight angle pose and headstand are still proving impossible to master, so obviously a stronger core is needed. I really enjoyed the challenge of trying though, and I think that if you can make it as far as getting your legs to the side in eight angle pose, then your body is getting there, right? I hope!
