Flow to Side Crow
Rachel is an expert at sequencing. In this intermediate hatha flow yoga class, she creatively prepares you for the challenging peak pose side crow (parsva bakasana). By the time you get there, your confidence and your body are more than ready to take the weight into your arms.

Nice video, beyond my current ability, but still a nice quick wake up.
Very nice flow! I enjoyed taking several breaths to really relax into some poses. The challenging poses are always nice too!
great for loosening my tight sides, but too short for me to get into that one-handed side crow! oh boy! :)
