Loved the cues into dhanurasana (bow) This class combined two of my favourite things about DYWM- Rachel's technical approach and dealing with daily mind and body stress XD

Wow! Hello IT band stretches. I didn't know it was possible for my legs to feel this loose and limber after a ride. Thanks for this wonderful class. I will be returning to it often now that cycling season has begun.

A practice that really gets at all the sticky spots in the hips and quads--really enjoyed it!
