My husband and I love this class. We are fairly avid cyclists and this one does just the trick post-rides or next morning. Thanks Rachel, we really enjoy all of your yoga for cyclists classes, including the yin one!

Excellent recovery day workout for anyone who needs to stretch the hips, calves and chest. Highly recommend this wonderful flow.

10/6/19 Excellent class to stretch out the hips and calves - after a week of hiking, I needed this! Feel good, juicy stretches with just the right amount of holding; a great way to release tight muscles and tight mind. Bookmarked for future use. Great stuff from Rachel, as always. Thank you!
