i am a cyclist and a hiker, with tight hips. This is a go-to class, and I keep coming back again and again. I find the more I come back the more I get out of it as Rachel's cues are spot-on. Thank you Rachel and my hips thank you as well.

Excellent class! I even managed to work out my big toe that has been jammed for over 2 weeks. I noticed it was facing in a strange direction while in a calf stretch and slowly turned it in the correct direction and felt a few cracks and then boom! 90% of the pain was gone. I wouldn't be surprised if that jam wasn't related to some tight muscles in my calves and hips. Thanks Rachel!
