This class is Day 4 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

Once again, an amazing class from Fiji! Thank you!
I only have one question directed at you. When either twisting my arms into eagle arms, or placing them together when I am in warrior two legs, I seem to lose my balance as my gaze is directed at my ever-so-slightly shaking arms, what do you do to maintain your balance?

gazing at the ground is always a good option when trying to feel more stable, over time you can shift the gaze up to the fingers. It also just develops over time!
