Awaken your third eye in this dynamic, intermediate practice with Fiji. She takes you through a challenging vinyasa flow that works the whole body and finishes the class with a third eye chakra meditation.

This class is Day 4 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

Thank you for sharing a little about the building being under construction. I wondered about that. I love all the arches and the lush greenery. The graffiti may have a chaotic look to it, but I feel nothing but calmness while doing the practices. You. could not have picked a more perfect setting for Calm in the Chaos.

The building really does mean so much in these practices, to know that what is going on around us does not need to dictate what goes on within us.

The language used to guide our physical and deeper emotional movements in this practice are so helpful.
And the sessions are just the right amount of time. I have no excuse not to take half an hour for this.
