Wow....I got farther than I thought with the handstand. Had my feet off the ground a few seconds. Way more than ever done before. Just goes to show, keep practicing and laugh when you fall out. Enjoy the ride. Like you need to try to do with Life. : )

This is a most satisfying practice! I don't know what happened, last time I did this I was able to do the eagle headstand, but today I could not. Thinking maybe I wasn't positioning my head and hands correctly, or I'm just not as strong as before, haha! But either way, I'm going to keep coming back to this one to work back up to it, because it is so fun. And I love that there's a brief pose for a cow-face stretch mixed in there, because that always feels so wonderful. Thanks for being awesome, Christa!
