This full-length power yoga class will leave you buzzing from head to toe. It's a tough class the pushes you hard, but allows many precious moments for deep stretch and rest. Crista is such an amazing guide since she peppers the class with smiles and encouragement, even through headstands, splits, deep hip openers and a sweaty vinyasa flow.

Christa's classes always get that sweet spot between being really enjoyable and still challenging, and this one is fantastic. Lots of lovely hip openers, and I really enjoyed the headstand variation. I found putting the mat near a wall gave me the confidence to do the lift without fear of falling and hurting myself. Didn't need the wall but it meant I felt good enough to get the pose right. Thank you Christa!!

Christa - I love your classes. I fell when trying the headstand, but didn't take away from my enjoyment of the class. Through yoga I'm learning to not be afraid of trying things and failing. I even celebrate my failures because it means I tried something new. And my posture has changed for the better after now doing 6 months of regular yoga.

all the best
