Could do most of this today but stopped once I needed to. having pain problems so working carefully to keep up exercise in a sensible way.

I thoroughly enjoy Guy's practices.
This is a nice, short practice but has some good balancing poses.
I will incorporate these poses and the flow of these in my classes.
