Tracey is such a great yogi. This is one of the best practices I have done with her. The waves are lovely while she glides through this lovely , sort of softer, practice. It has some lovely poses and some wonderful wisdom from Tracey. I enjoyed it a lot!

Thank you, Tracey. Such a beautiful and unique flow! You've always been one of my favorite instructors and I can't express how much I appreciate your ability to be so creative with your flows. I've felt bored and in a yoga rut these past few months, but this one was inspirational for sure. Thank you.
