Core Primer
This quick class we called 'Core Primer' because Rachel helps you establish a connection to your core muscles so you can practice yoga safely. You can insert this before one of your favorite yoga classes, or if you only have 15 minutes, do it on its own. It will challenge you to maintain the alignment and stability that keeps your body strong, flexible and healthy. Note: the strap is optional.

This brief beginner video is tougher than it looks, so be gentle with yourself! GREAT tips on strengthening core areas that are so important to everyday life as well as yoga. So glad it tried this one out.
Great Class. I am still a beginner. This class definitely let me see I will be one for awhile longer. I worked up a sweat and was a tad challenged to make it through an entire set of leg raises . I was excited to see that my prior classes had improved my balance for this class. I will be book marking this one. Thank you
