This quick class we called 'Core Primer' because Rachel helps you establish a connection to your core muscles so you can practice yoga safely. You can insert this before one of your favorite yoga classes, or if you only have 15 minutes, do it on its own. It will challenge you to maintain the alignment and stability that keeps your body strong, flexible and healthy. Note: the strap is optional.

I am in active recovery from alcohol (2.5 years sober) and porn addiction (still fighting it but doing better) and have fought against "yoga" or "meditation" etc so I am VERY grateful you are here FREE for people like me on social assistance who simply can not afford to pay for courses.

I had a sports injury about 7 years ago and have always struggled with core strength. I have since recovered completely, but my core remains a problem. I found this deeply helpful, as if it really tied together a lot of the inner musculature. I will be doing this 'core primer' 6 days a week.

I really enjoyed this primer. Its the perfect length for a quick warm up before heading to the gym or doing my cardio workout. Your instructions were very clear which was great since I didn't have to look at the screen.

Rachel, it was amazing! Exactly what I was needing. A basic to really understand how to do your basic (and not that basic) yoga postures!
