This quick class we called 'Core Primer' because Rachel helps you establish a connection to your core muscles so you can practice yoga safely. You can insert this before one of your favorite yoga classes, or if you only have 15 minutes, do it on its own. It will challenge you to maintain the alignment and stability that keeps your body strong, flexible and healthy. Note: the strap is optional.

So much to learn! I love these short, focusing videos. I can take this awareness of my core into other practices - it really helps! I use it as a reminder, before heading into longer practice videos. Love the tone, too - makes me feel capable of getting better. And I can use the exercises to check in on the growth of my abilities. Many Thanks!

Love the quick way you dive into real core work. The tips along the way help to maintain that proper alignment.

And this isn't related to the practice but I love the top and pants you're wearing! Looks great!
