Welcome Eddy! Thank you for a class that incorporated so much of yoga into a short 45 min class: pranayama, asana, meditation, and mention of a few mudras and invitations to explore on our own. Time to explore on your own isn't something I often find in pre-recorded yoga classes. I think the class could’ve benefited from slower cueing and fewer spoken words. But great!

Very nice flow but I think it should be labelled as intermediate partly due to the pace. Eddy calls it intermediate in his presentation of the set and this seems right to me

Thank you for catching that! It may have been a mistake in labeling so I will adjust it!

This was my first class with Eddy, and I was glad to meet a new male teacher here. I enjoyed the pace and appreciated Eddy's assurance that we could go as far as we wanted and that was the right place to be for today. He shows the poses so well that it is nice to know we do not have to mirror him but rather find our own place. Although physically the pace worked well for me, I might suggest as slightly slower vocal delivery, one that creates calm. Thank you Eddy!
