Beach Free Flow
Please help us welcome our newest instructor, Eddy Bortzer!
This vinyasa style class brings balance and cultivates awareness to begin the day or end the day with nourishment to the body, mind, and breath. The main focus will be on creating space around the hips as we explore fluid transitions from one lunge to the next. The class will begin and end on the ground, inviting us to root down to find strength.

Welcome!! I am 81 and found the class to be challenging for a Beginner II level--the Warrior III flow, to be specific. I liked the pace, most of the poses, and the time to explore very much. I do agree with the suggestions to slow down your speaking and more quiet during the exploring moments. I am looking forward to see what else you bring to us!! Thank you!!
