Designed for people who work with their hands, this yoga class moves through a series of stretching and strengthening exercises for the neck, shoulders, arms and upper back. It's short and efficient, a great office yoga class and perfect if you only have 15 minutes during a break or after work.

So whatever yoga I had been doing earlier in my life, this video has made me realise I was probably doing it wrong. Absolutely love how deep these stretches can go, my back and upper body are definitely loving it though!
after years of being stationary and just getting old. I have started working out again. this is way harder then I remember. This is a great beginner workout
I didn't realize how tight I was and I couldn't make it though the whole 15 mins without stopping and shaking myself out of tension
Wow, that was great. Simple movements, but extremely effective, this sequence will definitely become part of my regular routine!
