this practice provided a nice break for my tired arms. Feels so nourishing to show our legs some well deserved love. Grateful for this practice.

I revisited this class, and will save the series. While finding it very tough, I feel it is something I can work towards. Hopefully without being a quivering jelly at the end! Thank you as always, Fiji!

Wow... I bit off more than I can chew here :-) Great class, but as an ongoing "forever" beginner, this was just too much. Lots of wobbles, falls and laughs though, thanks Fiji but my my my....
