I revisited this class, and will save the series. While finding it very tough, I feel it is something I can work towards. Hopefully without being a quivering jelly at the end! Thank you as always, Fiji!
Wow... I bit off more than I can chew here :-) Great class, but as an ongoing "forever" beginner, this was just too much. Lots of wobbles, falls and laughs though, thanks Fiji but my my my....

Tough leg workout!!
Fiji is amazing. I love all her classes, this one for the legs in particular. Please note: Older yogis should be careful when squatting the pelvis over forced-arched toes (tucked toes). I bruised my foot doing this -- just muscle, not joints, but that position is very hard for older yogis.
