Such a good return to the mat for me after an extended absence. Fiji's cueing is always so spot on. There is also such calming instruction as to what I'm asking my body to do. I'm hoping to complete this series a number of times. What used to come so easily was such a stretch today. Thank you Fiji!

Lots of wobbles and thigh burn in activated leg asanas. Was not looking forward to the core work, but actually enjoyed and felt great afterwards. The entire series included great foundational work to build strength. The whole body class(last in the series) is a great class bringing it all together. I'll be back for more!

Fiji has a wonderful way of encouraging without expectation. If she could watch me, she'd see falls and unsteadiness, which I've learned means this practice is not ready for me to finish with it. Keep going, getting stronger with each second of practice. Thank you.

Thank you for this fantastic short 'recentralizing' series.
If I may, I'd like to make a suggestion: would you consider creating a similar series based on longer sessions?
Longer class - towards 90 minutes, maybe also including an introductory regular short breathing practice and a awarness/meditation time towards the end?

Exhausting! Very challenging fr balance bcs your legs are already tired.
Day 2 SHoulders - only 30 min but left me shaky. Very good work in a short time.

Yet another wonderful grounding practice from Fiji! I love the way my muscles are ignited, the clear instructions make it easy to be in touch with my own body. Following this series, I've noticed how my alignment and focus is changing.

Excellent series for building or maintaining foundational strength and mobility as part of a regular practice. There's some challenge but still entirely accessible with room to grow. Each class is also great as a stand-alone. I enjoyed the few reps of certain exercises, the play with flexibility, and the fluid transitions and cues...all packed into a time frame to fit everyday life. I'll return to this series again!

Hard not to give anything but 5 stars to Fiji's classes!! This was definitely a leg burner but in the best way (also easy to modify/take a break to self pace it). Fiji gave some cues I haven't heard before that really advanced my bodily understanding of leg activation for standing poses. Also some really interesting and challenging transitions (shiva stance to warrior 3 and back again!!) A fun class that, like her introductory video to the series explains, is geared towards intermediates reaching for advanced practice. Try it out!!

It's uncanny how I always seem to find what I need on Do Yoga With Me. I too am grateful for my legs, for you, Fiji, and for everyone at DYWM. I always learn something new and find a little bit more space and greater breath.
