It's uncanny how I always seem to find what I need on Do Yoga With Me. I too am grateful for my legs, for you, Fiji, and for everyone at DYWM. I always learn something new and find a little bit more space and greater breath.

Hard not to give anything but 5 stars to Fiji's classes!! This was definitely a leg burner but in the best way (also easy to modify/take a break to self pace it). Fiji gave some cues I haven't heard before that really advanced my bodily understanding of leg activation for standing poses. Also some really interesting and challenging transitions (shiva stance to warrior 3 and back again!!) A fun class that, like her introductory video to the series explains, is geared towards intermediates reaching for advanced practice. Try it out!!

Excellent series for building or maintaining foundational strength and mobility as part of a regular practice. There's some challenge but still entirely accessible with room to grow. Each class is also great as a stand-alone. I enjoyed the few reps of certain exercises, the play with flexibility, and the fluid transitions and cues...all packed into a time frame to fit everyday life. I'll return to this series again!
