Thank you Fiji. This was a straightforward practice with unhurried pacing and just enough cueing. Just what I needed as I'm recovering from a head cold/congestion. I definitely didn't feel rushed or frustrated when I had to modify the balancing poses.
Legs most definitely worked! connected fully with the ground beneath me. heart is happy.
