I really loved this class and this series but I do agree with some of the other comments about the level not being totally accurate, many of the classes felt more challenging than the usual Intermediate II...?
Challenging indeed! Now I am motivated to do this practice more often to build up stamina, if I can walk again that is. :)
This IS a great class, but labeling it as Intermediate II is misleading and inaccurate. This kind of endurance is really fairest to ask of Advanced yogis.
Fun, invigorating, smooth, and totally accessible sequence. Thank you, Fiji! I found this series late so I did Day 5 first, but now I want to make my way through the entire series :)
