Rachel is always a wonderful teacher. This is a quick practice however it is wonderful for a boost of energy/getting the limbs moving. And, the meditation at the end is really nice to wind down with.

Quick and fluff-free sequence to get moving and get the heart pumping - I did this first thing in the morning and it left me energized but calm. Perfect little burst of yoga. Rachel moves fast, so a good familiarity of basic poses without needing to look at the screen is a must,

I have always been a fan of short practices to get as much in as I can in a very busy lifestyle. This is one of the very best! If folks can't find twenty minutes to do yoga they are just not trying hard enough! This practice packs a good punch of all the great basics, in a quick, energizing way. There isn't much explanation because it is advanced beginner- we know what to do! So Rachel can get more in this practice with minimal instruction or explanation. She does have it where it counts and it amplifies, not distracts from the flow. I have now done this one every day for a week (while having a back and neck injury to prevent too long of a practice) and I feel amazing! THANK YOU!!!!

Ideal after a workout. It is relatively fast-paced and stretches out the whole body. Thank you very much.
