Fiji still packs it full, with arm and foot balances and many fun standing poses that will help release your body even more, before relaxing in corpse pose at the end of 20 minutes. Once again, I love what you can do with 20 minutes, Fiji! You get right into it and deliver such a sweet class with such little time.
Amazing how much ground we covered in just twenty minutes, today's class challenged my balance at times and made for an exhilarating flow :)
Enjoyed the gentle stretches and a bit of a break from the more challenging postures. Can't believe there are only 2 days left!
