Very cute title for a hip opening class! I liked the length, but could have used some warm up at the start. This could be great after a run or workout when your muscles are still warm. Thanks, Tracey, for the reminder that hips are designed to dance!

I never realized how often I close my eyes mindlessly. It was great to mindfully keep my eyes open. This practice was so well rounded. Loved it!

I love Christa's teaching style. She pushes you with good humor and encourages you to go farther in your practice, while listening to your own body's needs. Great hip openers and strengthening class.

This is a really wonderful practice. As someone with a difficult job (child welfare social worker), I think I tend to numb myself more than I realize, and also to push and overcommit myself too often. This was a really great way to remind myself to slow down, check in, feel and respond with care and gentleness toward myself. Thank you as always, Fiji and DYWM!

I LOVE how this class is in no way hurried. I felt the allowance of mindful and considered attention to the poses not performance, creating a generous a flow to swim in!

LOVED this practice! So unique, not only in the approach but also in some of the flows and transitions. It was quite a revelation to me to notice how often I wanted to close my eyes! Keeping them open totally changed the practice. I especially loved the binds and the wonderful twists. Thank you again Tracey :)

Thank you for this beautiful practice. It is challenging, measured, and such a strong class. I plan to come back to this one often.

Fantastic. Have bookmarked this one. So glad I went back to make it up despite having missed a day of the challenge. Rachel offers clear instruction on some basic common poses and a wonderful full-body flow. I particularly liked the back strengthening portion at the end.
