This is the classic! It's what I started out with.
-
This is an okay class. While it is the right length for a morning practice, the way it is structured means that I don't end up feeling calm and energized at the end.
-
Want to try this sometime

This is another really nice class.
-
This is a fantastic little class for when time is short! Hurrah!

This is truly a beautiful class. Use when time is short or energy is low.
Update (March 31, 2019): Still nice, but not nearly as great as before I lifted regularly... Need something a bit more challenging. :)

This is a very light, pared down version of the Ashtanga half primary series. It is relaxing and would be wonderful for anyone who has pain or limited range of motion.

This is a *perfect* tiny class for calming the mind. Even manages to "get heat into the body," as they say.
-
This is a challenging practice! Perhaps go to Jeff Lichty's earlier parts in the series -- Surya Namaskar A and B -- and master those first.
-
Good, short practice; a bit hard on the knees.
-
Okay class, kind of a worse version of Fiji's "Wake Up and Flow" sequence.

*Fantastic* mid-length class.
