Great class - challenging flow for mornings to get working.
My balance needs some work after a long break…
I found going from low squat to boat, VERY difficult. Fiji makes it look sooo easy…I’m like a rolly-polly-puppy flopping down 😂

I have been doing these Intermediate classes for several months now, and really enjoy Fiji as an instructor. Have been hesitant to try this one because I am not able to get into wheel pose yet, but so glad I tried it today. Standing/ balancing back bends are very challenging but great to explore. I feel like this practice really took me to another level today.
