Satiya's gentle guidance and calming voice are enough to encourage you to relax deeply and let go, even for a short - but sweet - moment in your day. There is no music in this class, so feel free to add your own. If you don't have a bolster, learn how to make a bolster at home.

When I need recovery, relaxation, and reminders to be gentle with my body Satiya’s classes are my go to. I like this class for my rest days and when I don’t have the time or mental energy for a longer class. My back and muscles feel less tense after this class.
