Guy does lead us on a calming practice. This is wonderful for any level.
You will feel the energy shift and leave the practice feeling calmer.
Great if you are having a tough day, need to calm down, or just want to have an easier practice.

Guy all of your classes are wonderful and they speak to me. Please can you put together a 30 day series or challenge? It would be really helpful and I am sure there are many of your followers who would enjoy that.
