This class is about building a quiet and clear sense of internal energy, putting yourself in a place of readiness to move through your daily life with purpose, ease and confidence.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 5 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.
