Yoga for Lifelong Mental Fitness
Have some fun in this class as Guy guides you through a series of mentally stimulating cross-body movements. These movements are aimed at activating and building neural pathways between the two hemispheres of your brain.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.

I have never taken a cross body class, it was very interesting to make so many connections between the brain and the body. It felt mentally challenging which I enjoyed. Physically it is not challenging--something to bear in mind. Thank you Guy!
Guy always has a unique way of teaching and this is another great practice of his. It will make you feel better and give you some mental clarity.
