Yoga for Lifelong Mental Fitness
Have some fun in this class as Guy guides you through a series of mentally stimulating cross-body movements. These movements are aimed at activating and building neural pathways between the two hemispheres of your brain.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.

I really enjoyed this class. As a full time teacher, full time graduate student and a parent of two developmentally disabled and gifted people, the global pandemic has left me feeling more than a little out of control and overwhelmed. I really appreciate the mental clarity that this class brought me, even if only for a moment. Namaste.
Loved it! I never realized how uncoordinated my fingers are when I twiddle them. Lol
