I enjoyed this short gentle practice. I have made a goal to do yoga every day for 6 weeks (as part of an overall wellness challenge I’ve given myself). This was a wonderful practice different than what I’m used to and helped me feel loose and energized.
This is a wonderful class. I feel energized and grateful for this creaky body. The movements are gentle, invigorating and subtly strengthening. I would recommend it for anyone, no matter where they are in their yoga journey. Guy's knowledge of and experience in yoga and Tai Chi exhibits a compassionate and grounded practice.
