This is an excellent class for serious walkers and hikers too!

Lots of static stretches in this one, without any warm-up. I did this practice as part of a program and really felt I needed to go for a run first! Great stretches but less beneficial with my cold, morning muscles.

I haven't been a runner for years BUT this class still found the tightness. Rachael rocks, even if she shows you where the hurt is.

Thank you Rachel. I haven't been able to run for awhile but this really helps. It goes into my favorite list!

This has become one of my favourites! This class is intense in a good way - like a deep massage. Love your energy and support throughout the class Rachel, thank you.
