Great expaaaaansive and fun practice with Rachel.
Love the taking up spaaaace and stretching moves - great for desk divas like me.
In general, loving yoga classes with a purpose - bring on more, DYWM!
And yeah, it was rather intermediate - which I loved.

Seriously amazing, therapeutic stretches combined with seriously smile-inducing cues (mud flap girl....hahah!!) Thank you, Rachel - you brought a smile to my face and a whole bunch of ease to my tight upper body. I'll be doing this one again!
