This was the perfect start to my day of wanting to accomplish a lot. The balances were an excellent way to build confidence while remembering to smile. What a nice reminder to look for that focus point in every instance/interaction/moment in time. Thank you!

What a nice feature for "on the mat this week"! I really enjoyed this class with Alyssia. Great approach, this will be definetely a hit with children and parents. I loved it by myself!

Lovely class to start your day. I helped calm anxiety about how the day is going to go.
Its not stretchy by any means but Alyssa assuring voice and repeated call to single point of focus makes the class very effective.

Love yourself more than a to-do list.

Namaste

Was a bright spot in an otherwise dreary autumn day for the whole family: mom, dad, 7yr old , 18mth-old toddling around...and even our pup on the couch! Energizing and relaxing. Appreciated lesson for our older son on drishti. Namaste.
