Yin Yoga for Happy Hips
Do you have tight hips? This is very common when sitting for long periods of time but they can also be tight for so many other reasons. In this yin yoga practice, Nyk guides you through a practice to make even the tightest hips happy. Note: You will need a few props for this class. A bolster is optional.
Felt more like a beginner yin, I fell asleep a few times during the practice…maybe I need to shift it into pre sleep routine!
This was wonderful for my hips. Thank you:) Do you have a modification for the proud dragon to protect my left knee? Even with a lot of padding, my knee hurt in that position. I have to watch too much weight bearing right on that knee cap generally.

I've just done this practice once, yesterday, but I feel like this is exactly what me and my hips needed. I will put it in the rotation regularly.
