In this yin yoga practice, Nyk guides you through a practice to make even the tightest hips happy. Note: You will need a few props for this class. A bolster is optional.

I've just done this practice once, yesterday, but I feel like this is exactly what me and my hips needed. I will put it in the rotation regularly.
