I recently fell and injured my hands. I have been trying to modify my usual practice. I was very happy to find this wrist free sequence! I enjoyed it!
I joined DYWM just to try this subscriber only class and I was not disappointed!! Thanks so much. This is exactly what my sensitive wrists need. I so appreciate the wrist friendly classes. I agreed with a previous commentator that the audio mixing is great. The pacing is also excellent and pushed me as a beginner. I really enjoyed this class.
