Get ready for a wild monkey ride! This class explores linking two challenging yoga postures together: side plank (with toe hold) with splits! Energizing and playful, this is a great practice for challenging yourself to explore new shapes and openings.

Great class! It's so important to have a teacher willing to demonstrate that it's alright to not go 100% into a pose, even while teaching it. My hanuman is deeper than it was even a few months ago but I still have (and maybe always will have) a fairly large bend in my front knee. I enjoy trying to get there anyway.
