Wheel Pose: Full Posture
Tracey's energy and smile make this class a pure joy, particularly when it takes you into the full pose, wheel posture (chakrasana), also known as upward facing bow pose (urdva dhanurasana). We hope that you will appreciate the gradual, progressive nature of this class and how safe and effective this approach can be. Your spine is delicate, so the gentle opening is a nice way to move into a deep backbend. If you're new to wheel, we recommend that you start with the first class in this series: Wheel Pose: Open the Heart.

Loved the Wheel Build-up with Tracey, part 1 and 2.
Again, great preparation for the whole body, and wonderful counter-poses to keep the spine moving. The transition from side plank to Wild Thing was a refreshing new way of entering the pose, and got my standing leg straight.
Bottom line: Big Gratitude for all the great classes here on DYWM, and this one too, Tracey, David, and team!
