Nice class that helps focus on alignment

This is a favorite of mine. I just wish it were a few minutes longer so that some of the stretches could be held longer and have even more effect.
Enjoyed the flow. Holding the block wa a new challenge for me, a good one. The hip opener felt amazing, as Fiji said take every opportunity to open and stretch the hips.
