Thanks so much, through this website I realise I've never really been taught yoga before - I've just followed classes which isn't the same thing. I think everyone who has a vinyasa practice should do this course, I'm so glad I did it or I would have carried on doing things wrong and probably suffered injury down the road. I now know I need to move things back a bit and build up more core strength, taking more care to focus on alignment.
Just what I needed. I am 3 years postpartum and still have lower back pains, I know I have a lot of work to do with pelvic floor healing and functionality & this definitely was a step towards healing. THANK YOU!
