For an old person having a bad morning even moving this was a wonderful class. Thank you.
Good stretches
I've been inactive for a long while and I since I work at the computer all day, my body feels really stiff. I could really feel the benefit of the stretches . I even took a nap in savasana immediately afterwards. ;)
I first searched these yoga classes because I was suffering too much with neck and shoulder pains... I have a small problem in my cervical area, and spending too many hours sitting and studying was worsening the pain. I'm glad I found these exercises for now I'm much more relaxed and I've been to the same studying routine for two days and I feel much better! Thank you for such a well explained and easy class!
Really good class for beginners, but an awful lot like Stretch Class for Beginners I. I guess I expected a continuation...building on the first class? And, again, with the red...not soothing. I still rated this class five stars because of the excellent instruction and gentle, well-explained movements.
thanks for the good stretch on my neck :)
Another great set of stretches. I had a bi-lateral mastectomy in 2012. I now have full arm movement, but there is a LOT of tightness in the front of my underarms. These stretches are wonderful for me.
Lovely exercise David. May be for migraine too? to prevent headaches?
A great set of exercises for someone who works on a computer a lot. My neck and shoulders feel very easy. Thank you David.
thank you david
Dissapointed the materials needed didn't list a soft block or chair.
I found that majority of the video is focused of the neck, so if you've had a bad day, and you've got some kinks in there, this is the class for you. The only problem I had with the video is that on the last pose (the child's pose) I moved into the pose, and wasn't able to look at the screen with my head in my knees. It seemed like I lied there forever and finally I looked up and the screen said Namaste. They should tell you when to move out of the stretch on the last pose.
