I'm here on day 5 of the 30 day challenge, and I love it! I enjoyed the practice this morning, thank you Satiya. Especially the standing /wiggling poses at the beginning.
I have a question... Is there another move I can do instead of the scissors from 10:45 to 11:45? I notice that this irritates my lower back, and I would love to find something that would achieve a similar stretch, but is easier on my back.
