In this power yoga practice, Fiji invites you to breathe energy and light into your own sense of self. This was a tough one for me mentally--the physical grounding of the postures were amazing but my mind kept teasing the edge of release--I even stopped and started it over at the very beginning because I caught myself going down a dark rabbit hole of self-digust and doubt as we sat and just felt our breath move through the body. Classes like these are so important for reminding ourselves to meet our Self in the middle between the two extremes. To find, as Fiji puts it, "a voice that's not telling and a voice that isn't faint".
