A great sequence. I was a little put off by the length at first, after all the nice short videos, but I really like this (even though I didn't try the headstand...).

Today's class was fun and challenging. I never thought of head stand from crow. Couldn't do it today because I'm still using walls for those, but it was an excellent chance to check my limits.
