We have 21,000 opportunities each day to catch the wave of our breath, and to ride it into present moment awareness and engagement. This class focuses the mind on returning to the breath as part of the movement practice, and then to allow that new pattern to extend off the mat.

lovely class! my go to warm-up before weight training or just an excellent way to start the day grounded, strong, and loose. that shiva sequence was to die for! and yay! a fiji class without wheel pose (25 years of practice and never been a fan). keep the new content coming ❤️❤️🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️
